Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Smart Mom purchase. If for any reason you wish to return merchandise in saleable condition, we will gladly issue a refund or merchandise credit within 14 days from date of delivery. After 14 days, you may still receive a merchandise credit, valid for one year from the date of original purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, please send an email to info@smartmomjewelry.com or call 1-301-774-6981 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this.
All merchandise must be returned via insured courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We apologize that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we will replace your order at no additional cost to you, or we will promptly issue a complete refund.
Shipping
Our products are shipped via the USPS and will arrive within 2-3 business days on average. Please allow an extra day for all orders received after 1pm EST. Express and overnight delivery also available.
International orders are shipped by US Global Priority Mail, or US Global Express Mail, upon request. All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We will ship FPO and APOs via USPS, as well.

We charge a sales tax of 5% on all Maryland orders.
